Business Controlling Manager (f/m/d)
Purpose of the role: Lead the full Business Controlling function of Bechtle Suisse SA while driving and supporting finance operations transformation across Swiss entities. The role combines financial controlling stewardship, business partnering, business controlling governance, process harmonization, automation, PMO performance visibility and finance operations excellence.
Your mission & responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting, monthly and annual closing processes.
- Provide management reporting and business insights to Managing Director and local management.
- Support strategic decisions and profitability improvement for Bechtle Suisse SA and potentially other parts of the business.
Business Controlling Governance
- Participate and lead activities to standardize business controlling processes across entities.
- Support and drive financial and controlling initiatives to improve performance management (standard cost concept and management, inter-entity transactions, services profitability by technology domains, etc.)
- Ensure data quality, compliance and Navision governance.
- Supervise billing, WIP, receivables and business controlling.
Transformation & Automation
- Support automation initiatives supporting Quote-to-Bill, Project Management and Services Management.
- Partner with IT to improve ERP integrations and reporting.
- Prepare Data migration for SAP S/4HANA implementation targeted in 2027-2028
- Participate to improve the IT landscape, especially in Sales and Services organization, by automating tasks to improve quality, customer satisfaction and efficiency
People Leadership
- Lead and develop the local Business Controlling team.
- Foster collaboration within the Business Controlling team by implementing transversal responsibilities (e.g. Revenue Finance Business Partner)
- Support managers with financial performance management.
Stakeholder Management
- Interface with Swiss Management Team, Group Finance, auditors and business leaders.

Profile
- 10+ years in finance, controlling or finance operations leadership
- Strong Swiss finance and controlling knowledge
- ERP expertise (Navision/Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Experience leading transformation and process optimization
- Fluent French and strong German; English professional proficiency
